Employees and members of management in the wholesale -, service - (incl. the hotel & tourism industry) and financial sectors (incl. banks & consultancy firms), the pharmaceutical as well as oil and gas industries.
Methodology:
During her seminars and workshops Ilona Geiger imparts practical know-how in a combination of experimental learning, group work, outdoor elements, video analyses and interactive lectures.
Beside placing special focus on transferring what has been learnt to the daily work area, Ilona Geiger offers follow-up counselling. On completing the training and coaching modules, her clients and seminar participants are given the opportunity to obtain feedback at any time as well as discuss next steps to be taken in view of further development.
