During her seminars and workshops Ilona Geiger imparts practical know-how in a combination of experimental learning, group work, outdoor elements  and interactive lectures. She puts special emphasis on preliminary one-to-one conversations whith each workshop participant in order to pinpoint their exact needs. Ilona fine tunes her coaching sessions and workshops to the presenting situation, as opposed to imposing a rigid lesson plan. Her working trademark is situational response. Transfer of the acquired material to areas of daily work, as well as personal follow-up on a regular basis round off her seminars and are the key to their success. Upon completion of the training and coaching modules, clients have a chance to obtain individual feedback and discuss steps they can take toward further growth.
